Urgo Mia - At-Home Healthcare Experience
For Urgo Mia with Backstory agency we designed a connected solution combining a probe and mobile app (hardware + software).
Year :
2014
Industry :
Santé
Client :
Mercurochrome
Project Duration :
3 months

Context
Many women abandon pelvic-floor rehabilitation due to lack of time, limited access to professionals, or discomfort with in-person sessions.
Urgo Mia explored with Backstory agency a connected solution combining a probe and mobile app.

My Role
We worked closely with the Mercurochrome teams, nurses, and midwives.
Together, we transformed medical protocols into simple, accessible user journeys. I led the end-to-end UX design in close collaboration with the UI designer.
Through flow mapping and experience design, we imagined how women could safely practice at home while staying motivated.
My focus was clear:
Reducing friction, building trust, and ensuring clarity from onboarding to sessions and feedback loops.
I also provided structured UX flows to the development teams to support smooth implementation.

Outcome
Autonomous at-home rehabilitation journey
Gamified UX improving engagement
Medically aligned experience
Clear UX foundations for development
