Naloraya - Co-building a product with AI

From zero to a live website in a few weeks. Design system, Framer pages, Stripe payments and Calendly booking — co-designed with Claude as a design and decision-making

Year :

2026

Industry :

Wellness & Health

Client :

Naloraya

Project Duration :

3 weeks

Context

Naloraya is a wellness brand run by a solo founder, rebalancing programs, immersive retreats, holistic coaching. She had a clear vision and a strong identity, but no tech team. The challenge: turn that vision into a complete digital product, from the homepage to the booking flow, without compromising on design quality.

Approach - Co-building with AI

Rather than working alone and delivering at the end, I co-built every decision with Claude in short, iterative loops. Design system definition, information architecture, page copywriting, booking flow logic. Claude was not a generation tool — it was a strategic partner that challenged my choices and documented decisions in real time. Stack: Framer (build) · Stripe (payments) · Calendly (booking) · AI automation agents (lead qualification + follow-ups).

What I built

Complete Framer website (home, programs, retreats, about, booking page) · Naloraya design system (warm palette, Georgia/Sans, reusable components) · Stripe integration for retreat pre-bookings · Calendly integration from program cards · Automation agent for confirmations and client follow-ups.

What this project taught me

Working with AI as a partner fundamentally changes the pace and quality of decisions. It taught me to design through prompting, orchestrate tools as a coherent system, keep ownership of decisions, and ship fast without sacrificing coherence. A new way of thinking about the designer's role: orchestrator, editor, decision-maker — with AI as an execution and thinking partner.
