I was brought in through recommendation, based on my background in French banking innovation and hands-on experience with modern neobanks like Qonto, SwissBorg, and Revolut..
My Role
Working closely with the founder and developer, I owned the product vision from early concept to MVP definition. I translated business ambition into structured user journeys, aligned UX with technical constraints, and designed the core financial flows, onboarding, payments, and wallet management, to reduce friction in sensitive moments. The project is confidential, and deliverables are shown selectively.
